Payment & refund conditions

How paying for a reading works, and what happens if plans change.

Prices

• Quick Reading — 15 minutes — $45
• Full Reading — 30 minutes — $70
• Deep Reading — 60 minutes — $125

Prices are in USD and include everything for the reading. Your bank or PayPal may charge currency conversion fees; these are yours to pay.

How to pay

1. After Barbra approves your requested time, you receive an email with a link to pay by PayPal.
2. Pay the full amount and add your name in the PayPal note.
3. Upload a screenshot or PDF of your payment on the same page.
4. Barbra checks the payment has arrived and emails your confirmation, with calendar links and a short questionnaire to prepare your reading.

Your time is held for 24 hours after approval. If payment and proof are not received in that time, the hold ends and the time may be offered to someone else. A booking is only confirmed once you receive Barbra’s confirmation email.

Cancelling or moving your reading

• 24 hours or more before your reading: you can reschedule free of charge, or cancel for a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before: the reading can’t be refunded, but Barbra will try to help if there’s a genuine emergency.
• No-show (not reachable within 10 minutes of the start time): no refund.

To cancel or reschedule, reply to your confirmation email or message Barbra on WhatsApp.

If Barbra has to cancel

If Barbra cancels for any reason, you choose between a new time and a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the PayPal account you paid from, normally within 5 business days. PayPal fees charged to Barbra are not deducted from your refund.

Disputes

If something isn’t right, please contact Barbra first — most things are sorted out quickly. Opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may delay a resolution.
